Meetings

There are three types of meetings that occur during the Probus year.

1. Monthly General Members Meeting

This is run to a strict agenda and is a chance for members to receive an update from Committee members and others. This meeting takes place on the second Wednesday of the month starting at 10am. After the formalities of the meeting are done, a break for some refreshment is followed by a presentation from an interesting guest speaker or alternative entertaining activities.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Annual General Meeting

This takes place once a year on the second Wednesday in March. The annual reports and financial accounts are presented to the members and a new Committee is elected for the year ahead.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Committee of management Meetings

The Committee meets on the first Wednesday of the month to discuss Club business and make decisions affecting the running of the Club.
